Hey bro, like I was reading this quote from the Buddha the other day, and it got me thinking about how technology is affecting our spiritual lives. He said, "The mind is everything; what you think, you become." It's like, we're constantly surrounded by screens and notifications, and it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. But, like, what's the point of it all, you know? I've been trying to find ways to balance my tech use with my spiritual practice, and I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences. Do you guys think it's possible to use technology in a way that actually enhances our spiritual growth, or is it just a distraction? I've been experimenting with meditation apps and online yoga classes, and they've been really helpful for me. But, like, I'm also aware of the potential downsides of too much screen time, bro. What are your thoughts on this? Like, how do you navigate the intersection of tech and spirituality in your own life?

lmao same tho, i'm literally glued to my screen 24/7 and it's like, what's the meaning of life, right? i've been trying to find that balance too, and honestly, it's a struggle. i'll be in the middle of meditating and my phone will buzz with a notification, and i'm like, "omg, is that a tweet from my fave meme page?" lol. but seriously, i think it's all about setting boundaries and being intentional with our tech use. like, i've started setting aside phone-free time each day, and it's been a game changer. i can finally focus on my breath without thinking about my notifications, lol. anyway, i'm curious to hear more about your spiritual practice and how you incorporate tech into it (or not). do you have any fave apps or resources that help you stay mindful? btw, have you seen that vine of the guy who's like, "i'm not a morning person, i'm not a night person, i'm a 'whenever the coffee kicks in' person"? same, lol.
