Hey everyone, I'm excited to share my fitness journey with you all and hear about your own experiences. I recently started working out and tracking my protein intake, and it's been a wild ride. Some days I feel like I'm on top of the world, crushing my PRs and feeling like a total athlete. Other days, I'm so sore I can barely move and I just want to eat an entire pizza (which, let's be real, sometimes happens). I've been posting gym selfies and getting lots of support from friends and family, but I'm also trying to be kind to myself and not get too caught up in the whole "fitness influencer" vibe. Has anyone else struggled with finding a balance between pushing themselves to reach their fitness goals and taking care of their mental and physical health? I'd love to hear your tips and advice.
