Let me look at it.. I havent looked at that addon in awhile.. without looking at the code it will probably just use whatever column you select in xf_user

I do free giveaways using the Raffle add-on. It was originally developed by Snog, then maintained for a while by Ozzy after Snog retired, and now Painbaker has it. The UI feels very dated, and I am looking for something more modern. I think this Lottery add-on could be a good replacement.
