Installation
- Upload the contents of the
upload/directory to your XenForo root, merging with existing directories. - In the Admin Control Panel, go to Add-ons → Install/Upgrade from Upload.
- Select
Blatchy_WebSockets_3_0_2.zipand install. - Configure your Pusher credentials (see below).
Configuration
Step 1 — Enter Pusher credentials
Go to Admin CP → Setup → Options → Blatchy WebSockets and fill in:| Field | Description |

| Pusher host | Leave blank when using Pusher.com (only needed for self-hosted Soketi) |
| Pusher app ID | Your Pusher App ID |
| Pusher public key | Your Pusher Key |

| Pusher connection port | 443 for Pusher.com |
| Pusher cluster | Your cluster code (e.g. us2) |
Step 2 — Set user permissions
WebSocket access is controlled by a XenForo permission. Go to Admin CP → Users → User Group Permissions and set the WebSockets → Use WebSockets permission for each user group.- Registered users — set to Allow
- Guests — leave as Not Set (No) to conserve your Pusher concurrent connection limit
