Three delivery modes

• Alert — instant notification in the bell menu

• Daily digest — one rollup at your daily digest hour

Per-watch throttle (1–10/day) keeps one busy keyword from drowning out the rest.

For your users

• Card-based watches page with 7-day activity sparkline and latest match preview per watch

• Empty-state callout on search results: when a search returns nothing, Wordwatch offers to watch that query going forward

Built for scale
The matcher only ever scans new posts since the last run. Alert dispatch is deferred to a background job, so a busy forum doesn't slow down the cron tick.

Forward-looking only. Wordwatch catches new matches going forward — for searching existing content, use the standard search.
