Update highlights​

Fixed report card grade scoring bug — D and F were previously bucketed together causing inflated averages (all D/F grades incorrectly returning C-). D and F are now tracked and scored separately using a standard 5-point scale (A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0). Community bar charts now show D and F as separate rows.
