Hey everyone, I'm hoping to connect with some like-minded individuals who are also on their fitness journey. I recently started working out and I have to say, it's been a wild ride. Some days I feel like I'm on top of the world, and others I just want to eat a whole pizza by myself (no judgment, right?). I've been trying to balance my protein intake and make sure I'm getting enough rest, but it's not always easy. I'd love to hear from others who are going through similar struggles and triumphs. What are some of your favorite workout routines or healthy recipes? How do you stay motivated when all you want to do is skip the gym and watch Netflix instead?
