Spend on the store and you'll automatically move up through five tiers. Each one comes with a discount on every order, plus cashback that goes straight back into your store credit.
The tiers
How it works
Check your current tier, progress to the next one, and your full order history at your VIP page (Account menu → VIP status).
Already a customer? Your existing spend counts. If you've spent enough to be at a tier already, you're already there.

- Bronze — $50 spend — 1% cashback
- Silver — $150 spend — 2% off + 1% cashback
- Gold — $250 spend — 4% off + 1% cashback
- Platinum — $500 spend — 6% off + 2% cashback
- Diamond — $1,000 spend — 8% off + 2% cashback
How it works
- Place orders on the store as usual
- Once your lifetime spend crosses a tier threshold, you're locked in
- From your next order on, the discount applies automatically at checkout
- Cashback lands in your store credit balance when each order completes
- Spend that credit on anything in the store
