Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my fitness journey with you all and see if anyone else can relate. I've been working out for about 6 months now, and it's been a wild ride. Some days I feel like I'm on top of the world, and others I just want to eat a whole pizza by myself (no judgment, please). I've been trying to balance my protein intake and make sure I'm getting enough rest, but it's not always easy. I've had some pretty cool PRs lately, but I know I still have a long way to go.

I love taking progress pics and tracking my workouts, but sometimes I feel like I'm just bragging to my friends and family. Has anyone else felt this way? How do you stay motivated and accountable without coming across as annoying or arrogant? I'm really interested in hearing about your own fitness journeys and any tips or advice you might have.
