Sorry for the delay, I am on vacation for a few days.

It probably should be clarified that it (and others) are available for loyalty customers in the silver tier and above.

When I replied to your message earlier, I was on my phone and the price for the upgrade didnt show when I looked.
I have a iPhione XR (10) if thats helps debugging this issue!
