A new product by MojoRisin is available: Pick Six v1.0.0 - Weekly fantasy football for your forum — six picks, one salary cap, bragging rights all season.
Here's how it works. Every week the whole NFL slate goes up, and every player on it gets a salary — priced automatically off how they've actually been playing lately. Your members pick a quarterback, a running back, a wide receiver, a tight end, a kicker, and a team defense, and the whole card has to squeeze under the cap. That's the fun of it: everybody wants the stud QB, but if you pay up for him, you're digging in the bargain bin for the rest of your roster.
Cards lock at the first kickoff of the week. From Thursday night to Monday night, every yard, touchdown, sack, and field goal from the real games scores in — points update live on the page while your members are trash-talking in the threads. There's a live leaderboard for the week, season standings that track every point all year, and a weekly winners board so everyone remembers who called it.
When the last game goes final, the week settles itself. You decide what the top spots pay — first, second, third, or just a winner-take-all — and payouts go out automatically in your forum's currency.
