<p>Blatchy Power Rankings lets your community submit their own team power rankings using an intuitive drag-and-drop ballot system. Individual ballots are aggregated into a single community ranking using a points-based formula, and movement arrows show how opinions are shifting over time.</p>

<h2>How It Works</h2>

<li>Admin creates a season and selects the league (NFL, NBA, or NHL)</li>
<li>Members submit their ballots — teams are placed into tiers and ordered within each tier</li>
<li>The first ballot submission automatically establishes the baseline snapshot</li>
<li>As more members vote, the community rankings update in real time</li>
<li>Movement arrows show how each team has shifted from the original baseline</li>
