YOU NEED TO UNINSTALL OLD VERSIONS AND REINSTALL

- Added multi-league support — run NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL rankings simultaneously
- One active season per league (previously one globally)
- League tabs on public rankings page — only tabs for leagues with active seasons are shown
- Ballot and save ballot actions now accept league parameter
- Cron iterates all active seasons for record updates and snapshots
- Widget now has a league selector — choose which league to show in the sidebar
- Admin: activating a season only deactivates other seasons of the same league
